The Site is operated by headlights-usa.com, doing business as Headlights USA (“Headlights USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Payment Terms, and Return Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We sell new OEM and professionally refurbished automotive headlights and lighting components for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Jeep, and other vehicles. We make reasonable efforts to describe each item accurately, including photographs and part numbers, but:

BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Jeep, and all other vehicle makes, model names, and part numbers referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Headlights USA is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer. We use these names and part numbers solely to describe our products and indicate vehicle compatibility.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed. Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be mispriced or inaccurately described. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order affected by such an error, even after the order has been confirmed, with a full refund of any amount paid.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and a binding contract is formed only when we confirm and/or ship your order. We may, at our discretion, refuse, cancel, or limit any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, ordering errors, payment issues, or unavailable stock.
By submitting an order you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping. Returns, refunds, restocking fees, and conditions for returned items are governed by our Return Policy. By purchasing from us, you agree to that policy.
Headlights and lighting components are safety-critical parts. They should be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s guidance and applicable law, and some units may require coding or programming to function correctly. You are responsible for ensuring that any product you purchase is legal to use in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or non-compliance resulting from improper installation, coding, modification, or use.
Except for any limited warranty expressly stated in a product listing or in our Return Policy, the Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Headlights USA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Headlights USA, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — is owned by Headlights USA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written permission.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at order@headlights-usa.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
